Player ranking has been fixed!
Well, kind of...
It now displays players over level 119, but still has some missing players. Getting there though!

This fix also repaired the clan management website.
So now newly formed clans on newly formed characters have full access over their clans!

The Tier 5 patch is officialy launched and working.

  Experience Rate will be increased x4 during this period.
  It apply to all the maps/monsters and the Exp Boost Items works with it
  That means if you have Supreme Pack on will be +40% (4x1.4) so x5.6 EXP, etc
